This may be meaningless, but you mentioned you've installed a new fan clutch--is it a heavy duty OE manufactured part? I've done lots of moho work and NEVER had good success with aftermarket fan clutches. It gets hot here in S. Cal. and I've fixed many a margi... Login to read more.
