Agreed. We've replaced them in as little as 28000 miles, for TCC explosions.

Ford rates them at 500 lbs torque, which is marginally adequate for a stock late model powerstroke. Add some weight for resistance, and poof! Paperweights and souvenirs galore. Login to read more.
