There you go. It's electrically perfect, mechanically stuck ON. The instant the trans shifts 4th gear, the solenoid should be Off, and it isn't. A (fluid) pressure switch detects that and neutrals the trans to protect it. Transmissions hate being in two gears ... Login to read more.
