I have three 1998 Expeditions in the Fleet w/ the 5.4L engine. I've replaced two engines, one under warranty and one we eat at 40K. So much for 36K warranties. The other Expedition blew out a spark plug at 10K. Ford covered the aluminum head replacement... Login to read more.
