Watch the ICP sensor voltage instead of the pressure. It's been awhile since I have seen a 6.0L, but I believe the voltage is close to the pressure in relation (.8V = to about 800 psi). I've had the pressure PID lie to me before, but not the voltage PID. Login to read more.
