So you are correct the start enable relay is not energizing. I am not getting the 85 & 86 enables from the TCM. For some reason TCM must not see it is in Neutral. The shifter cable goes to the Park Pawl Box. The only wiring is from TCM, 4 wires, power, ground,... Login to read more.
