Damon, it is a 190 hp.I removed oil pan and pressurized cooling system to 15 psi.I let it sit all day and not a drop.I contacted our cummins dealer and it turns out this engine is under warranty.(It`s a 97 not a 94 oops!!)I will let you know what they find. Login to read more.
