Differential sensor voltage as presented by the ECM

This Ram keeps throwing a p1451, p2459, and p2463. All various DPF performance and soot load codes roughly every 500 miles or so. I'm not positive if the DPF is actually having issues or there is an electrical problem I'm facing.
