Yes I did leave jumper in for over 3 [...] and did pull test on switch harness we do see a lot of failures in that harness. No change always 2v to solenoid.I am leaning towards bad ECM. If it was bad wire from ECM I would expect to see 0v when fan is commanded... Login to read more.
