Thanks guys, several things I've read say either 7L or 10L. My pan is pretty deep so I think it'll wind up about 10.5 Qt.

Another said warm level is 1/4" above the pan rail but I don't know if I trust that source. Haven't found anything in my Allison lit tha... Login to read more.
