Just letting you know, we checked truck a bit more and looking at data, we noticed that the voltage to the module drops down whenever our problem occurs. Turns out we have a broken wire and a terminal not seating correctly. At this point we're waiting for a new connector to fix it. If I have more info to share I'll post it later.
