Just an update. We ran an overlay harness to ckp sensor with new pigtail on ckp sensor. Also new pins on ecm. Has same issue no start hot and 147 code. Icp is spot on and fuel pressure is good. We measured hertz with fluke meter I read 220 hertz AC cold and 22... Login to read more.
