Sam, does this have an EGR Differential Pressure (DP) like the ISB 6.7's? If it does make sure the inlet ports are connected properly and not plugged. If it has that and the signal it sends is wrong the EGR valve function will be wrong. See a lot of plugged po... Login to read more.
