Ok I hope my comments don't muddy the water because I am just familiar with Paccar chassis but in a Paccar with a Cummins and Horton that would sound backwards to me also. 0% would mean fan Off and 109% would be Fan On. Anyone change the solenoid recently? Login to read more.
