I see you have an Allison. The Neutral Safety Back Up ( NSBU) switch can go bad. If the ECM doesn't see the Neutral signal it won't let it crank. Try cranking it and at the same time rock the shift selector forward and back from Neutral. Just a little bit. Oh,... Login to read more.
