X2 on Gordon's response. Must have pedal pushed down and the adjuster bolt has to be pushed in. I use a 1/2" flex head ratchet with a 5/8" socket on the adjuster bolt and I use a 18" pry bar against the back of the ratchet to press the bolt in. Using the bell ... Login to read more.
