Yes you are correct, the truck surges at idle or driving. While it idles and starts surging if i unplug the pump (solenoid on the top of the pump) the idle smooths out no surges. Ohm ed out the solenoid- good, resistance test on both wires to ECM still good. T... Login to read more.
