I believe a 2009 Isuzu will need the Isuzu IDSS and software that goes with it. Pre-2008 should use TechII. I have both, so I just always grab the IDSS for any Isuzu. I know for sure the IDSS will work on the 2009. I can't remember for sure if TechII goes to 2... Login to read more.
