2000 Volvo WG64 with Volvo VE D7 engine

Hey guys I've got some questions on this truck. I've just completed major engine work on this truck and just fired it for the first yesterday morning. I ran okay and i pulled it out side where it developed an air leak and dumped it's air. I fixed the leak and went to move it and when i started it it had a miss and was puffing white smoke. It had cooled down while i was fixing the leak. I pulled it back in the shop and noticed that no 6 injector was spraying a little juice--fuel i thought. The fuel line was tight so i pulled the injector and bore scoped the cylinder and there was coolant in the swirl chamber on the piston. I put pressure on the cooling system and watched with the scope and the injector cup is leaking. I had had the heads to a machine shop and they had done everything but the cup seals because he thought the cups where dry. Now I'm wondering what tool it will take to pull these. I'm not a HD mechanic, I'm just working on this for a friend and hating every minuet.

The truck vin is 4V5JC2HE2YN871200
