The 2004 6.0 PowerStroke had an EGR throttle plate. 2003 had the actuator and sensor with no plate inside--maybe the International VT365 did have the plate, but I never saw one. I can't remember if they carried on into 2005, or if it was one year only. If they... Login to read more.
