I found no spec for the fuel VCV cranking. It is supposed to be 14.11% KOEO and 46.27% at idle. If there is crap in the tank, it will keep plugging the filters. If the fuel was contaminated with gas, water or DEF, and it was run, chances are you need and new H... Login to read more.
