Forgot the problem, no crank so no start. I am getting Ign power to the C-31 pin on the ECM but the C-70 ground signal never gets sent from the ECM to the ECM and ACT relays. I can trigger those relays by supplying a grd signal to the 85 pins on the relay. no ... Login to read more.
