Let me say , he didn't think the high idle was good enough . I adjusted the governor linkage . Loosen lever , rotate governor shaft CCW , governor lever CW & tighten . The throttle plate is slotted to move up / down probably 1/2" .Can anyone help me to set / a... Login to read more.
