I've got a 2005 Dodge 5.9L Cummins. I updated the ECM software to fix the monitor status problem to pass smog. The flash was successful and the truck runs but I need to program the VIN to the ECM. None of the tools I have access to will preform the VIN program. Snap-on, Autel, OTC, Autoenginuity or the J2534 Drew Toolbox App. Does anyone know of a tool or app that will preform the VIN program on this truck. Trying to avoid the Dealer.
