OK, I re-read the post. The MIL is not on. Are you sure these are not PERMANENT CODES. If so, the vehicle will have to be driven until the PCM runs the drive cycle to clear them. Since it is HD, I am not sure of the OBD requirements to clear them. Login to read more.
