Roger, it looks like you are running Service Assistant. I have only seen that in a manual! And a Turbo Training Book. In the dealership we went from Master Diagnostics (MD) to ServiceMaxx to NEDS. SA was between MD and ServiceMaxx. Interesting but unimportant! Login to read more.
