It's probably the same problem as a lot of the bleeping riding mowers I see. The solenoid is the main jet, and it gets sticky/clogged with dirt; I usually put a clean container under the carb, disconnect the wire, then carefully unscrew it to remove. Sometimes... Login to read more.
