Hi James, it sure sounds like a lifter problem. Just a day ago I had a 06 in that had a slight tick and driver wouldn't leave it so by the end of the day it quit. Found no oil pressure,removed regulator valve out of oil pump and found 2 needle bearings... wip... Login to read more.
