'Meets the spec'

What 'spec' or 'specs' do you require your oil to meet? I'm thinking they aren't the same as mine. Do you think it is reasonable that Brand 'S' can blend a quality oil at $2.79/gal delivered to you or do you think they are taking a loss ... Login to read more.
