Re: what you want in an entry tech (as to a student)
I'd want a man that's not affraid to ask questions "FIRST".
Not "AFTER" he screws something up. None of us know
everything, even me and I've been doing a/c work for over
37 years. The new guys that "KNOW IT ALL" scare me.
