You got that right. If you get good service you'll tell a few people. If you get "BAD" service you'll tell "EVERYONE". Word of mouth can make or break a company. I know I'm responsable for customers and friends buying 25 or 30 Crown Vic's and Grand Marq's. Sin... Login to read more. ![]()
