Try suggesting a percentage of sales. If the shop becomes more effecient, he benefits from increased productivity. I pay my techs flat rate plus 2% of the volume they produce and I pay my manager 4% of total shop volume(excluding what I produce). Seems to work... Login to read more. ![]()
