Sorry, I have not got thru all the posts yet, so if this is a repeat, I am sorry. In New York State, it is illegal to charge for shop supplies, as a flat fee or as a percentage of the bill. What is legal, is to charge for what you use, and not what you didn't.... Login to read more.
