I think most dealer techs are UNDERTRAINED,when we go to factory school we are only trained on what's NEW .as a result most of the folks I work w/ are sorely lacking in the basics :can't read pids,can't diag a no start unless it's a saturn etc.I was an Indie f... Login to read more.
