I disagree. IMO the costs of warranty are a legitimate cost of doing business, and as such ought to be borne by the consumer. I'm not talking about misdiagnosis, hanging parts for testing,improper installation etc, NO, Im talking about DEFECTIVE parts. Everyon... Login to read more.
