IMO 'diagnosis' is a noun. The diagnosis is ".....". My doctor is going to charge me for an office visit, a blood test, a urine test, etc. I'm paying for his expertise and years of training. I'm paying for tests. I'm not paying by the hour for 'diagnosis time'... Login to read more.
