Im gonna go out on a limb here. Cheap shops exist, not just because anyone can buy parts, or turn a wrench, or even open an "underground" shop on the side. No 'cheap shops' exist because there is a market for them. Maybe they serve cheapskates. Many serve folk... Login to read more.
