If I were only going to keep a car for 150,000 miles, I'd do the following:

Oil changes at 5,000 miles

Transmission service at 30k, 60k, 90k, and 120k

One brake flush at 75k

Air filter at 30k, 60k, 90k, and 120k

Brakes as needed
