I have an acquantence that buys 2 to 3 yr old Govt. cars (40K kms max) from the auctions, keeps them for 1 or 2 years (2 yrs max.) then sells them privately. The profit he makes on the original purchase pays for the 1 or 2 years registraion plus the insurance.... Login to read more.
