I humbly beg to disagree. As a tech, I feel that if my work is completed I should be flagged for it WHEN I FINISH. If your management system won't let you do it that way IT needs to be fixed. Or screw the flat rape system altogether and pay a decent HOURLY rat... Login to read more.
