Yup, I'll agree with that. In Florida it's a sand thing. Well, at least the concrete slabs are going away, now the deal will just be potholes(in FLA they get rather large and eat whole cars) and ruts pounded in by the tractor trailers. I guess one can dream.:-... Login to read more.
