Tom, i worked a dealership this way, worked 4 10 hour shifts, one day off, every 3 weeks was a 3 day off during that week period and 6 days off at 6 weeks. One draw back was a tech starting a job on a car, then being off 2-3 days, then come back to it. Like va... Login to read more.
