I agree,it cuts both ways. Some times are more than generous, others rather stingy. So if Im gonna adjust a time up ( say an engine R&R) because the time is grossly inadequate, it would be a bit hypocritical not to adjust a grossly inflated time down. I do not... Login to read more.
