Funny! Last year I got an "under cover" car for a state inspection! Supposedly, the "egr" valve had the hose off! The "EVAP" was also disabled. Sorry 94 crown vic. But it passed the "emmissions test" on a Dyno! I get fined for "passing the car" which it did on... Login to read more.
