Tom,Glenn is correct on this [...] probably the tank [...] Dodge/Chrysler cars and trucks had them,Its just a stand pipe that goes to the bottom if you need to drain the tank There is supposed to be a rubber cap on that line. probably rotted off. Login to read more.
