I agree. We need to demand it of our customers also, and get rid of the ones that are a constant headache. I am in a good position to do that in my shop, but have had to work on MR/MRS Nutjob's cars in the past Ad Nauseum. I don't tolerate it well from anyone ... Login to read more.
