I think in this case, the owner is not billing the customer all 7.8 hours. Now if he billed 7.8 but only paid the tech 3, then yea, that's wrong in every way imaginable. Sleeping with a clear conscience wouldn't be his concern. He'd be prudent to be wide awake... Login to read more.
