You mention timing belt, so one must guess that this truck has the 3.0 V6. IMO, toyota makes pretty good engines, but this one was just a stinker. One thing you may consider, and it is a very common remedy, is to fit a 3.4. I haven't done it, but I do know tha... Login to read more.
