Have a sit down, with him and the 2 Wifes, every, TUE, or Thursday, non-busy days, you buy lunch or dinner, NO interruptions, get their input, state your rules, get to bottom of their grievances, do this for a while, NOT A ONE TIME BITCH SESSION, then you will gain information on how you want to run your business, manage people, very important, best to handle problems before they turn in to fires, get them on your page, or the highway.
