AGREE DAN, SHOP OWNER NEEDS TO MAKE a list of rules for all employees, especially for these two put it on the fridge, have then read and sigh it, verbally tell them why they have caused this action, by their poor actions, in writing state immediate termination is required if rules are broken. GROW a pair , you will be much better off in short term and long term. PS, you will know by the look in their eyes if you should fire them immediatly. LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO HAVE OTHERS MAKE YOURS DIFFICULT. YOU DONT BITE THE HAND THAT FEEDS YOU.
